La Cucina: Cooking Class Series


Learn the common techniques used to prepare simple recipes from day to day. You will find all the classes arranged simply and in the order what you need to improve each day your skills in the kitchen. Know the main kitchen utensils and their correct uses. Among the preparations, soups, sauces, risotto, protein, pasta, dessert and wine. If you are tired of following unsuccessful recipes, and really want to learn how to cook, those classes are for you.


WEEK 1 JUNE 20th  – Introduction + Knife Skills

WEEK 2  JUNE 27th  – Soups and Sauces

WEEK 3 JULY 11th  – Risotto and white protein

WEEK 4 JULY 25th   Pasta and Red meat

WEEK 5  AUGUST 1st  – Dessert

WEEK 6 AUGUST 8th  – Wine

Class starts each week at 7 pm and will run for approximately 2.5 hours.
