Learn how to make all different kinds of Italian pastries and cakes. From Italian breads to pies & tarts classes there’s something for every sweets lover to enjoy!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

ITALIAN PASTRIES

Classic Italian Desserts– Get a taste of la dolce vitawith our classic Italian desserts. Bellissimo! Tiramisù is the most famous of all Italian desserts, very common in the whole country and it’s easy to find it on the menu of many restaurants, yet its origins are definitely from the north of Italy and Panna Cotta a cold Italian custard, often served with fruit sauce or caramel syrup.

 

TARTS AND PIES

A Perfect Sweet Pie– Some prefers it tender, others flaky, and many just a light crust. The quality of the shell is what often separates a pie from a great pie! In this class, you will learn the difference between them and how to make 2 crusts great for sweet pies.

 

BISCOTTI AND AMARETTI 

Italian BiscottiSimple and delicious are the themes for this class, which teaches you how to make fresh Italian biscottis and amaretti that are so good and simple to make you inspired to make them for family and friends again and again.

 

BREADS

One Day Bread– Bread baking doesn’t have to be a multiday affair! We will provide you with an overview of basic bread baking and how to shape and flavor, so you can start a repertoire that ensures you always have your favorite warm loaf ready!

 

FRENCH MACARONS

French Macarons in Tropical Flavors– Learn how to make colorful and smooth macarons with gorgeous fillings!! This class will teach you how to make these delicate confections, achieving perfect results every time! You’ll be filled with the knowledge to recreate them at home as well as the confidence to experiment with new flavors and fillings.
